Exchange & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Snuggles & Stitch. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re happy to offer exchanges or refunds under the following conditions.
Returns & Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving their order.
To initiate a return, please notify us by email at sales@snugglesandstitch within this 14-day period.
Items must be returned unused and in the original condition they were received, including all original packaging where applicable.
Return Shipping
The cost of returning items is the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty Items
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at sales@snugglesandstitch with details and, where possible, photos of the issue.
In these cases, return postage costs will be covered by us.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
